I moved to Park City from Great Falls, Montana in 1972 and now qualify as a true Park City "local." With nearly four decades of experience I've witnessed and been a part of the development and growth of this world class recreational community. Yet I still cherish and enjoy the small town values Park City has retained.

As one of the founders of the Park City Board of REALTORS® in 1980 and a partner in the real estate firm of Keller Williams Park City, I'm one of the few agents to have received recognition for my efforts to preserve and promote high standards within the real estate community. I furthered my knowledge by achieving Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) status and also earned the designation Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) REALTOR®.

I provide expertise in all areas of real estate including representation of sellers and buyers, property valuation and tax appeals, marketing trends and finance. But most of all, I bring a wealth of knowledge to all who are interested in the many lifestyle opportunities in Park City, Deer Valley and the Snyderville Basin.

Among my personal passions are snow and water skiing, hiking, and diving. I've even ventured to such exotic locales as Papua New Guinea and Tahiti in search of the perfect dive spot. But I always return to this idyllic corner of the intermountain West and hope to share it with you.

My family moved to Park City from Montana in 1977. Over that period I watched a town of 1500 residents grow into one of the most desirable four season recreational communities.

Growing up in these mountains has given me a deep appreciation and passion for the outdoors. I've participated in the U.S. Extreme Skiing Competition and the Xterra World Championship Triathlon and Ride to the Sun bike race.

For 15 years I specialized in providing 5-diamond service in world class resorts notably at the Four Seasons Resort in Maui. I'm prepared to bring that level of service to you in finding or marketing your mountain home.

I have two young sons. I'm eager to share my love of the outdoors with them. My wife, Melissa works for United Airlines which affords us a unique ability to explore the world when we're not here enjoying all that Park City has to offer.

I was born in Philadelphia, raised in Southern California, and settled in Park City. I studied management, marketing and real estate at UCLA and Harvard. I completed my Masters of Social Work at the University of Arizona and hold a number of post graduate accreditations.

I served as Director of Public Affairs and Corporate Communications at American Express before moving to Utah where I was General Manager of Park West Ski Area (now The Canyons). I became a real estate agent in 1992.

Earlier, I enrolled in the Peace Corps and served in Panama. That experience shaped my life as I'm currently a Return Peace Corps Volunteer Recruiter and delegate for the Foundation for Global Leadership which provides assistance to third world countries.

I'm most proud of my son, TJ and daughter Jlein. Jlein is one of the founders of the Global Leadership Foundation. Worldwide humanitarian relief efforts are her life. TJ is a professional photographer and excels as a snowboarder. My interests include horse-back riding, skiing, motor coaching and boating. My husband, John is a builder who specializes in custom home development.

Having traveled the world and visited lots of ski resorts, I decided this is it! There's no better combination of lifestyle, recreation, and beauty anywhere.

I was born and raised in Oklahoma City where my ancestors homesteaded during the Oklahoma Land Run of 1889. Educated at the University of Oklahoma, I majored in advertising with a minor in communication. After graduating, I decided to put my skills to work in the travel industry and real estate. I've visited every corner of the world but Park City has been my home for nearly a decade.

I'm an avid outdoors enthusiast and love to ski, hike, sail, dive, and travel. I also can't resist cooking and dining. With more than 100 restaurants and clubs, Park City is a great place to explore the culinary side of life.

Having been a member of a ski team, I've competed at numerous mountain resorts. But I can honestly say that Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons offer the best terrain and facilities anywhere. It's not just recreation that sets this community apart. I'm eager to share my knowledge of the neighborhoods, schools, and yes--great nightlife and entertainment.

As the newest member of the Peretti Team, I've just introduced the group to the luxurious and idyllic Castello di Casole development in Tuscany. Fractional and whole ownership of these deluxe, restored villas are now available to the fortunate few.

I'm eager to help both buyers and sellers realize their dreams in both Park City and Italy!
