Making an Offer
Once we’ve found the perfect property, we will submit an offer. Price, Closing Date, and Additional Property are the three major factors involved in writing this agreement. Negotiations

Closing
When we’ve come to an agreement with the Seller on price and terms of the contract, we’re still not finished. Coordinating closing involves many steps. We will help you find a Lenders, Inspectors, Appraisers, Surveyors, Home Warranty Companies, and Title Companies; and we’ll help you coordinate this list of services to perform in a timely manner.
