LOWER DEER VALLEY

UPPER DEER VALLEY
Also known as Silver Lake Village, Upper Deer Valley is located mid-mountain. It is a true second home paradise including gourmet restaurants, dramatic mountain views, boutique shopping, and wonderful access to the "Greatest Snow on Earth!" The most desirable homes and condominiums offer direct ski access. Many other homes and town homes are just a short walk from Deer Valley access trails.

DEER CREST
Deer Crest is a private, gated ski-in, ski-out community, which encompasses approximately 600 acres on the eastern edge of Deer Valley Resort, with views of Bald Mountain and Jordanelle Lake. The Jordanelle high-speed Gondola and Deer Crest quad chairlift provide access to the 11 Deer Valley maintained ski runs that meander through Deer Crest. The five star St. Regis Hotel is located within the gates of Deer Crest.

EMPIRE CANYON
Empire Canyon offers 1 to 2 acre wooded ski in and ski out lots along with the Empire Pass Village which includes custom mountain chalets, large town homes, and condominiums in a lodge setting reminiscent of the turn of the century, grand National Park Lodges. Exclusive only to Empire Pass owners, the Empire Club will also be available featuring numerous year round amenities and activities. The five star Montage Spa and Hotel is currently under construction with completion expected in 2010.
