Snyderville Basin Area

THE COLONY
The Colony is a 4,600 acre ski ranch comprised of approximately 276 home sites. The unique development concept has been widely embraced by major national and international publications. USA Today described The Colony as a "Winter Wonderland" and The Wall Street Journal heralded it as a "ski ranch development that keeps the views of the mountain pristine." Home sites average 8 acres.

THE CANYONS
Excellent ski access to America's largest lift serviced ski area is just one of the many reasons to own at The Canyons. Wooded multi-acre ski in and ski out home sites, large elegant custom homes, and a wide selection of new and old resort condominiums provide something for everyone.

SILVER SPRINGS
One of Park City local’s favorite locations. The Silver Springs area features lakes, parks including Swaner Nature Preserve, trails and an elementary school. New, as well as more mature custom homes and town homes provide a variety of residential opportunities.

OLYMPIC PARK
Named for its location, next to the 2002 Olympic ski jumping, luge and bobsled venues, the Sun Peak area is a master planned community with a home owners activity center, swimming pool, and tennis courts The community offers single family homes, town homes, as well as, large custom residences with spectacular mountain views.

OLD RANCH ROAD
The name says it all about this pastoral setting. Large multi-acre ranch tracts intersected by meandering trout streams and large cottonwood trees are its main offering. Small ranch homes, as well as, estate sized residences are found throughout Old Ranch Road.

KIMBALL JUNCTION
Park City's entry corridor is unique in its mix of commercial, residential and recreational facilities. The commercial focal point for this area is Kimball Junction which features major commercial including one of the highest volume outlet malls in the nation. A 35 acre town center is a major addition to the already robust dining and retail mix and will connect to the 1,000 acres of open space at the Swaner Memorial Park. The Utah Olympic Park, site of the bobsled, luge, skeleton and ski jumping events for the 2002 Winter Olympics, is a major feature of the area.

PINEBROOK
Featuring mature Evergreens, Aspens, and Mountain Oak; Pinebrook is one of the most attractive residential settings in the Park City area. Pinebrook offers large estate quality custom homes to modestly priced condominiums and everything in between. Close to Park City, it is a very easy and beautiful 20 minute commute to the Salt Lake Valley.

JEREMY RANCH
This attractive community of custom homes features dramatic mountain views and the Arnold Palmer designed Jeremy Ranch Country Club. Like Pinebrook, Jeremy Ranch has a Park City address, yet is a short commute to Salt Lake City.

GLENWILD/ SILVER CREEK
This area is comprised primarily of two distinctly different residential communities. Glenwild is a gated enclave of very upscale designer homes built around a Tom Fazio designed private golf club. PROMONTORY
Promontory is a gated residential resort community featuring an endless assortment of activities for the entire family. Located on 10 square miles of rolling alpine hills, Promontory has set aside six miles for hiking, horse back riding, snowshoeing, fishing, tennis, ice skating, mountain biking, cross country skiing, and golfing on two championship golf courses designed by Pete Dye and Jack Nicklaus.

JORDANELLE
Jordanelle State park opened June 29, 1995. It offers an array of recreational opportunities near the Wasatch Front. They include camping, picnicking, fishing, boating, water sports, swimming, hiking and mountain biking. Interpretive programs and walks are held periodically. Development on the western side of the lake offer easy access to all of these activities. On the eastern side, properties enjoy incredible views of Deer Valley Resort and the incredible Timpanogas Mountains. Developments include condo/hotels, multi-unit stacked condos, town homes, and single family homes.

HEBER/ MIDWAY/ KAMAS/ COALVILLE
Heber Valley, nestled in Utah's Wasatch Mountains, truly exemplifies western landscape and hospitality. Only one hour from Salt Lake City, and adjacent to Park City, the valley was honored as the cross-country and biathlon venue at the 2002 Olympic Winter Games, and offers convenient access to several Utah ski resorts.
